At Caye Communications, we provide high-level, custom digital architecture, strategic consulting, and bespoke business foundations. Because our services require intensive operational placement, custom resource allocation, and dedicated advisory calendar space from day one, we enforce a strict financial boundary framework.
Consulting & Custom Strategy
All deposits, flat-fee strategy blueprints, corporate communications development, and monthly retainer investments are entirely non-refundable.
Website Architecture & Engines
For project-based web developments, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure calendar space. The remaining 50% balance is strictly due upon project completion or exactly thirty (30) calendar days from the initial deposit date, whichever occurs first. Under no circumstances will digital assets be launched, connected to a live domain, or transferred to client ownership until full payment has cleared.
Project Cancellations
Clients may request a project pause or cancellation in writing; however, any fees paid up to the point of cancellation are strictly non-refundable, and any outstanding balances for completed strategy hours or milestones remain due immediately.
