When I founded this agency, I chose the name "Caye" for two reasons: it’s a nod to my middle name, Kay, and a Caye is an sandy island in the Caribbean. A beach where you can relax, lay in the sand, feel the warmth of the sun on your face, sip a cold cocktail, and smile carefree.

Professionally, in my agency, "Caye" represents a dream and vision declared. It represents that feeling of clarity and peace of mind you get when your business runs exactly the way it was designed.  

 

For nearly two decades, I have served as a credentialed business advisor, guiding thousands of entrepreneurs through the messy realities of growth. I know the exact pitfalls that cause small businesses to stall, and I know how to fix them.  With a Master’s degree in Marketing and a background in interactive multimedia design, I bridge the gap between business strategy and digital execution.

 

My approach is collaborative, warm, and deeply supportive—but I value your goals too much to withhold the truth. I’ll always be your biggest cheerleader, but I will also give you the honest, straight-forward guidance you need to succeed.
